Refund policy
We hope you love our pieces as much as we love them. However, if your purchase doesnβt meet your expectations and you decide to return your items, we are happy to provide an exchange only or you may be entitled to receive a store credit in exchange for your returned item.
To be eligible for a store credit, you must contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, please ensure that your item is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. All postage fees will be paid by the customer, Canberra customers can request to drop off their order (appointments are required).
To start a return, you can contact us at support@inarandco.com.au. If your return is accepted, weβll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesΒ
While we ensure that all items are securely packaged, Inara & Co is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Please inspect your parcels upon arrival and report any issues directly to the carrier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.Β
Please note that all sale/clearance items or gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we'll dispatch the new item in 2 to 3 business days using standard delivery.
