DISPATCH UPDATE

Please note that all orders will take 2-3 business days to be dispatched. 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Please note: We are not responsible for delays once they are with the delivery service.

If your order is urgent, please make sure to select express shipping when you place your order and please provide your order number by emailing us at support@inaraandco.com.au

 

CLICK & COLLECT (CANBERRA ONLY)

If you would like to click and collect your order in person you can choose this option at checkout.

Order pick ups are available only for Canberra customers.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be ready for collection once the order is placed.

Pick up location is at Harrison, ACT. Exact address will be provided once your order is ready for collection. 

Please note: If you are nominating another person to collect on your behalf, please make sure to email us your order number and authorized person's details.

 

DAMAGED PARCELS

While we ensure that all items are securely packaged, Inara & Co is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Please inspect your parcels upon arrival and report any issues directly to the carrier.

 

STOLEN PARCELS

Inara & Co is not liable for any stolen or missing parcels once an order gets delivered. We recommend tracking your deliveries and choosing a safe and secure location for drop-offs to prevent theft.
